This privacy policy sets out how FR Express collects usages, discloses, stores and protects any information that you gave when you subscribe to use our service(s) and application(s). FR Express is committed to ensure that your private data that we collect and use is protected and we do not share any of your information to any other third parties. We may ask you to provide certain information depending on the contents and services you use so that we can identify you and provide you appropriate service.

When you register an account to get FR Express services, you may have to provide us some of your personal information including your name, organization name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, National Identity Number, your passport size photograph.
We may collect your location information, device identity to identify you concisely to provide our services.
When you log in to FR Express, we provide an authentication number along with your user ID and other information that is saved to your device to let you use FR Express app securely for entire session and during log out we erase all data that we provided during login.
During your monthly bill payment our payment gateways require your debit / credit card information or your mobile banking information to successfully complete online bill payment.
When you make conversation with our support team generally you have to send text but you may share photos taken either from your device’s camera or storage to our support team. You may also share any kind of document or media files that describe your problems with our services. All these document and media file sharing depends on your intention, we do not automatically collect any document, media or other types of files from your device without your intention and consent.
How we use your personal information

We may use your personal information to verify your identity, verify your bill payments and provide your specific services that you bought from us.

FR Express is committed to ensure the security of your data that you provided. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we store your data in our server which complies all standard security parameters.
Your Privacy Rights
We do not share, sell, disclose, distribute or lease any of your personal information to any other third parties unless we have your consent and permission or required by law to do so. You may request any time to correct, erase or permanently remove all of your information that you provided us and if you do so we are obliged to process your request. You can take any actions with legal law against us if we violate any part of this privacy policy.

If you have any suggestions or queries about this privacy policy, please contact with us. FR Express may change this privacy policy from time to time by updating this privacy policy. You should check this privacy policy to ensure that you are not with any inconsistency with any updates of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is effective from October 28, 2021.
Terms & Condition
SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
1. Subscriber will declare that the information and data given are correct. In case of any false information, the Subscriber will be liable to appropriate legal action.
2. Subscriber will not share his/her connection with anybody's PC or use more computers than mentioned. Otherwise, FR Express can discontinue the line.
3. FR Express may install HUB/SwItch or another device any time and the Subscriber is obligated to provide space and power outlet for that purpose.
4. Due to an electric short circuit to thunder if any damage occurs FR Express are not responsible for it.
5. The one-time installation charge (OTC) is not refundable.
6. The monthly bill or line rent has to be paid to FR Express on a prepaid basis.
7. If the bill is not paid on a prepaid basis of the respective month to the FR Express office, the line will be blocked without any prior notice. It may take 24 (Twenty four) hours to un-block the line, once it is blocked.
8. FR Express may charge or modify this agreement of prices and may discontinue or revise all other aspects of the internet service at its own discretion and with prior notice.
9. The subscriber would not able to change his/Her time slot for the first 3 (three) months. After that, if the Subscriber wishes to change his/her time slot, FR Express will charge Tk. 500 ( Five hundred) as conversion charge.
10. The subscriber will be able to unblock his/her line within 3 (Three) months by paying the last billed amount in full (No concessions possible) with the current month's bill in advance.
11. Subscriber can stop his/her internet service by completing a short formality with FR Express one month earlier.
12. After unsubscribing our connectivity FR Express with take-back cables and other devices which we have been providing to establish a connection.
13. The subscriber shall not use the connection for any illegal purpose.
Return and Refund Policy
FR Express is working as a service provider. So FR Express have not provided anything return or refund, It is a non-return & non-refundable product.
